Hybrid Cloud Works ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture URL) provided by Google.
• Authentication and Security Data: We use Firebase Authentication to secure your account and track MFA-related security events.
• Basic Technical Information: Usage data, IP addresses, and device identifiers are collected for site reliability and security purposes.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and secure access to administrative features.
• To operate, maintain, and improve website functionality.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for authentication, hosting, and communications, including Google/Firebase and Resend.

While "Validate on the lab" is available in the Landing Zone Builder, the page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check, and sends its result with any files you submit there; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views for us. It is built privacy-first: it uses no client-side state such as cookies or local storage, it does not fingerprint you by IP address, user agent or any other data, and what we read from it is an aggregate count of page views, never who you are. We have asked Cloudflare to exclude visitors in the European Union from that count. The count is how we state the site's monthly audience to the community programmes we take part in; see Cloudflare's Web Analytics overview.

Google User Data Disclosure: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
